Paligo is now looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team!

About the role

As Paligo expands and the B2B SaaS market shifts to accommodate customers who research and evaluate potential vendors prior to initiating contact, we are strengthening our Demand Generation capabilities. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for Paligo’s Demand Generation Strategy and Operations, to get Paligo to be the first brand that comes to mind in structured content creation and management before starting a buying journey into component content management systems. You will also continuously research and explore new channels (e.g. forums, groups, SoMe, distribution platforms, industry conferences, etc.) where our audiences spend their time, uncovering their problems and finding solutions. For this, we need to be present, available and ensure our content is consumed and top of mind, to create brand awareness and exposure for Paligo as potential customers embark on their buying journey.

As for continuance to growth and development, for the right person, the role has an opportunity to develop into a leadership role within 6-12 months.


You will also be:

  • Maximizing the availability of educational marketing content

  • Distributing that content with a focus on its consumption by our target audiences

  • Leveraging mainly organic channels for distribution and paid channels where it makes sense


About you

If you enjoy a wonderful mix of content strategy, channel and audience optimization, content distribution and media agency, while balancing creativity and structure with elements of Campaign management and Brand management, then this is the role for you. We want you to be analytical and have a grit mindset, and have previous leadership experience or ambitions to develop your leadership. You have to be comfortable with having a lot of freedom in how to do this role and be able to strategise and operate on your own in a continuously changing business environment.

We also imagine that you have some of the following points in your resumé:

  • 5-10+ years experience of B2B marketing

  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS with complex use cases

  • Skills in Search Engine Optimization and organic traffic, and know the difference between interest and intent.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or similar field

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Good-to-haves:

  • Experience from B2B Communications, PR or Brand Management or Media agencies.
