Your responsibilities include:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, concepts, and plans.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform the design process, including site analysis, environmental considerations, and user needs.
- Assisting in the preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Develop and update construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Support the implementation of design changes or revisions as required.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials for client meetings, including design boards, 3D models, and digital presentations.
What you will need:
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modeling and visualization tools.
- Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), for producing compelling presentations.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction techniques.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
